The roundness/cylindrical shape measurement system has the highest accuracy and is easy to use among products of the same class.
When measuring roundness and cylindrical shape, the necessary adjustment work takes up more than half of the time. In order to easily and correctly adjust the center/level of the workpiece, high-precision rotating tables are equipped in all models.
A high-precision turntable with easy operation and continuous inner/outer diameter measurement can achieve higher productivity.
Equipped with positioning sensors, capable of high-precision repeated measurements.
The easy to operate high-precision turntable has a radial rotation accuracy higher than 0.02+3.5H/10000 μ m, while the axial accuracy reaches 0.02+3.5X/10000 μ m. Not only does it ensure high-precision measurement of roundness or cylindricity, but it also ensures high-precision measurement of flatness.
The RA-2200AS/AH adopts automatic centering and leveling functions, so that the operator does not need to perform manual centering and leveling operations. In addition, the guidance system of the RA-2200DS/DH model serves as a standard feature to assist untrained operators in easily and smoothly performing centering and leveling operations.
Continuous inner/outer diameter measurement can achieve higher productivity. It is possible to continuously track the inner and outer diameters of the workpiece without changing the direction of movement of the detector* 1: The inner diameter is as high as ø 50mm.
The sliding detector bracket is equipped as a standard component. The detector bracket contains a sliding mechanism. It is difficult to achieve standard detectors that can measure deep hole thick walled workpieces with a single click.
For ease of measurement, the position of the contact point should be higher than the workpiece, and then the detector bracket should be lowered. In addition, using the continuous inner/outer diameter measurement function, it is easy to measure the inner/outer diameter.
